That’s right! The Sephora VIB sale is right around the corner. I thought I would go through what I plan on buying during the sale and what I have my eye on. But first, the details. If you are not familiar with how sales go with Sephora, I’m here to provide with the low down. Sephora usually has two big sales a year (Spring and Fall) and lately they have been sprinkling in a few smaller ones. But that’s not why you’re here. I hope you’re here to find out what this Fall Sephora VIB sale is all about. If you are part of the rewards program, the three tiers are assigned a certain percentage off their total order. During this Fall holiday sale, the breakdown is:
Rouge: 20%-November 1-11
VIB: 15%-November 7-11
Insider: 10%-November 7-11
Code: HOLIDAYSAVE
Now that that’s out of the way, on to the fun stuff!
Here is what I plan on purchasing during the sale and why:
Innisfree Best Seller Discovery Set-The only reason I have this in my basket is for the Super Volcanic Clusters Pore Clearing Clay Mask. I thought about buying the full-size of this mask, but then I found this set and thought this would be a perfect way to try out some of the products from the brand. This brand is new to Sephora and one of the more inexpensive (relatively) skin care brands on the site.
Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 in JK Magic Lipstick-This lipstick has been in my basket from the very day it launched on Sephora. I think it’s time, now that the sale is coming, that I purchase it. I’ve admired, from afar, this brand for a very long time and have wanted to purchase something from it for a very long time. Why not a lipstick?! Also, how cute is this packaging?!
Sephora Collection Holiday Almond Foot Mask-I’ve seen some of my favorite YouTubers purchase these and try them out and I’ve always thought it would be a fun thing to do and review on here. I think we all neglect our feet when fall/winter comes around. I know I do!
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5-This will actually be a repurchase for me. This stuff has always done wonders for my skin. It’s so moisturizing, which is great now that the weather is getting “colder” here in Mississippi. (Coming from Minnesota, 60 degree weather isn’t cold. Haha!). I actually haven’t had this product in my routine for awhile, so it will be nice to have it back. I have been missing it. The best thing about this whole purchase, though, is that fact that Sephora now carries a giant size. Double the size? Yes please!
The Inkey List Bakuchiol-After trying the Ole Henriksen Bakuchiol products, I wanted to try a different brand’s. This is where the Inkey List steps in. This one is more affordable and I’m purchasing it to compare. This is also and ingredient I have been missing in my skincare routine.
Now on to what I’m lusting after (and may purchase):
More of The Ordinary products-I have my eye on the Squalane Cleanser & the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%.
Herbivore Coconut Milk Bath Soak-Now that I have access to an actually person size bathtub, I have had my eye on bath products. When I saw this product on the site, it sounded so lovely.
Summer Fridays Merry & Brighter Mask Set-This set includes all three masks and I have been wanting to try all of them for a very long time.
Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 Mini Lip Set-The only reason this isn’t in my basket is that I’m not so sure on the packaging. The reason I love the JK Magic lipstick is that it has the cute celestial packaging. Can you tell I’m a sucker for packaging? Well, I am. This set includes three of the shades (Amazing Amal, JK Magic, & Viva La Vergara), all of which are beautiful. However, the packaging is the leopard print. It’s cute, but not my favorite from this line.
Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Face & Eye Palette-Yes, another Charlotte Tilbury product is on the list. I have been wanting one of these palettes for a very long time. I just couldn’t justify spending that much on it though (This particular one is $75!). If I want it, or you want it, I have to buy it quickly because it’s a limited edition.
Drunk Elephant The Littles Set-I love Drunk Elephant! However, I have only tried one of their products and it was a mini size. That product is the TLC Framboos Night Serum. This stuff did wonders to the texture on my skin. I have never been able to bring myself to spend the whopping $90 for the full-size. This set is also a whopping $90 and includes some of their best sellers. Will I purchase it? Probably not. That is why it’s on my loves list.
I could go on forever with this lust list, but this blog post would be a bear to read after awhile. What I can do is provide you with some recommendations and suggestions for what to purchase while you have this great deal. This is usually the best time to start your Christmas/Holiday prezzie shopping. There are a lot of great gift sets available now. I usually like perusing these because they give you, or the person you are buying for, a variety of things to try out before you, or the person you are buying for, purchases the full-size. I also like to buy any skincare products, as you can see from my list above. It’s a good time to stock up on your tried and true and try out some new products.
I hope this has helped you in getting ready for the sale. Let me know if you have any questions, comments, concerns. I would love to hear from y’all.
Jess xx
