Feeling Uninspired & Tapped Out.

Lately, I have been feeling uninspired when it comes to blogging. I feel like I’m tapped out of ideas. This feeling usually crops up about this time every year. Usually I try to power through, but I think this year I need to listen to myself and listen to what my brain is telling me. I don’t want to just sit here and force out blog posts, so I have made a decision.

For the rest of the year, I am going to take a break. I know! They say, whoever they is, to keep a momentum going when it comes to blogging but I just can’t. I am going against all of that advice and taking a break. I am going to step away, do some creative research, try to come up with a whole list of blog ideas, and come back fresh in the new year.

Yep! You read that right! My creative brain is taking a hiatus. Well, at least in the sense that it won’t be typing out any blog posts for the rest of December. Fingers crossed, this approach works. Because I’m telling’ ya, I really need this to work. I love blogging and sharing with all of you.

I just want to feel inspired again. Is that too much to ask?

I’ve always wanted this space to be collaborative, so if there is anything you would like to see on here please let me know. In the meantime, I just ask that you go and read all the other posts on here. Share with your friends. I know! I’m shamelessly plugging here, but it’s what I got to do.

Are you a creative thinker like me? Do you have any solutions? I would love to hear them in the comments down below.

See you in the new year!

Jess xx
