Yes, you read the title right. This is a combination of February’s and March’s favorites. I didn’t have that many loves for this category in February, so I thought I would combine the two months.
Prison Break: I fell in love with this show. I didn’t think I would. It looked a little bleak in the beginning, but then again it usually takes me a bit to really get into a show. I just fell in love with the plot and the characters, especially Michael, Lincoln, and Sara. In turn, I fell in love with the actors playing those characters too. I didn’t think I would love a show about breaking out of prison and it surprised me when I did. This show just kept me entertained. Except, it also kept me on edge for the majority of it. I didn’t want to stop watching it.
The Olympics: Yes, I liked a very broad competition event. But, the winter Olympics have always been my favorite to watch. I like more of the sports and I’m more entertained during the winter Olympics. This year’s kind of sucked, only because of the time difference. I tried playing catch up, but eventually gave up because spoilers came.
Interview videos on YouTube: I became obsessed with watching these videos that popped up on my main page. I couldn’t stop watching them. Especially ones that involved John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, or any of the actors/actresses from Prison Break. They were just really fun to watch.
Adam Rippon: This man is amazing, hilarious, and any other adjectives you can think of. I love watching interviews with him or his Instastories. Plus, he’s an amazing athlete.
Tiffany Haddish: My favorite comedienne of the month. She is so funny! I first saw her in the show The Carmichaels and thought she was hilarious in that. Ever since that, I have seen her everywhere. In commercials, in movies (that I still want to see), everywhere! Give me more Tiffany Haddish!
Boom Chicka Pop Popcorn: This was my favorite treat in March; and it has slowly leaked into April. I love pretty much all the flavors and I like that it’s a healthier popcorn. The best part of this is that I’m supporting a local business.
Misfit Shine 2 Tracker: I had a Fitbit, which I liked for awhile, but it started to fail on me. It wasn’t keeping it’s charge as long as it did before and I was getting tired of having to plug it in every two days. So, I did some research and found this nifty little device through an ad on Instagram. It does everything a Fitbit does and more. The price is decent and I like the fact that I don’t have to plug it in.
Byta: This is my new baby. I heard about the Byta cup from all my favorite celebrities on Instagram and elsewhere. It has been the best travel mug I have ever owned. It keeps my drinks hot and my drinks cold. The best part is that I’m helping the environment by using it. No more throw away cups.
A New Day Earrings: For my birthday, I bought these cute, minimalist earrings (my favorite kind of jewelry) from this new line at Target. I haven’t been able to stop wearing them ever since. They’re just so easy to wear and they go with everything.
L. Feminine Products: Yes, I’m going to talk about period products. Get over it! I’m a woman who gets her period. Another product I found at Target and a brand I’m slowly falling in love with. These pads are made of all ingredients that I can pronounce (basically, all natural) and are the same price as the Always pads I have been using for years. What can be better than that?
The First Time: I CANNOT stop watching this movie. It’s on Netflix and I have probably watched at least 10 times already. I’m obsessed. It’s one of those teen dramedies, but the characters are not those whiny teenagers you see in a lot of these kinds of movies (don’t get me wrong, I love teen movies). The characters are, at least I find, more mature and sophisticated. The movie reminds of all those 90s, early 2000s teen movies (like Bring It On and Mean Girls) that are near and dear to my heart.
Fangirl: I won’t say much about this book because I did a review of it on here, but I will say that it was my favorite of the month (which is saying something because I didn’t read much in February).
Colton Haynes: I love this man! I have since I first saw him in Arrow. However, my favorite thing to watch him in is his Instastories. He is hilarious in them! I laugh almost every single time I watch them. Just go watch them and you’ll see what I mean. He also just seems like the sweetest guy.
Adidas Hoodie: My uniform is jeans, t-shirt, tennis shoes, and a hoodie. It’s just what I feel comfortable in. I was in the market for a new hoodie to replace a very old freebie hoodie I got in college. I knew that I wanted a good quality one and I have always wanted an Adidas one. Now, I looked at the women’s ones and all of them I didn’t like. Then this bad boy came and it was in the men’s section. How is it that men’s clothing is so much cooler than women’s most of the time? I will never know. This sweatshirt is so comfortable, so warm, and so soft. I just love it and haven’t been able to wear any other sweatshirt since.
Vans Old Skool Sneakers: I have been wanting a pair of these for soo long. I love how comfortable and cool Vans shoes are. In fact, I have another pair that I like to wear in the summer because they are fun, corally color. Anywho, I finally decided to take the plunge and invest in a pair. Happy Birthday to me! Yes, I bought myself a birthday present and they were these beauties.
MakeupByCheryl aka Cheryl: She has been my favorite YouTuber for awhile now and nothing has changed. She is so informative and so cool and again all the adjectives you can think of. Plus, she really takes the time to talk to you if you send her a message on social media. I had a whole conversation with her about a skincare product that I love using and she hadn’t used yet. It was great! I have a whole list of YouTubers and social media people I would love to meet and she is definitely at the top of it.
Okay, that’s it. That’s all she wrote (sneaky 90s reference). No more favorites/loves from this girl.
Unfortunately, I don’t really have any questions for you this time around. However, I still would love to hear from you in the comments.
Thanks for reading!
