This month’s list of things I liked isn’t as extensive of last month’s. Here is what I loved in March.

Beauty

A Lubriderm body lotion pump bottle. It is blue and white with black writing on it.

Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion

This lotion has been a lifesaver this past winter. I tend to have dryer body skin than face skin (always sounds weird using those terms, lol) and need a really moisturizing lotion to combat it. That is where Lubriderm comes to the rescue.

This might be tmi, but I developed this weird rash/red mark thing on my inner thighs and legs from something (still not completely sure what it was from even now as I’m typing this). I needed a solution and thought that it would be good to change up what body lotion I was using (just to put it out there, I don’t think it was any of the body lotions I was using that caused this). I decided to go with just your basic, run of the mill unscented lotion. This was it! It has helped really clear up what was going on on my legs and has kept my skin super moisturized.

A bottle of Glossier You perfume. The bottle is a semi-opaque cream color with a red cap. There is indentation on the top of the bottle.

Glossier You

Glossier You will always be my go to everyday perfume of choice. I love that it doesn’t overpower and that it smells differently on everyone. For me, it starts out really masculine (the pink peppercorn note is strong) and then throughout the day it becomes more feminine. I wore this all throughout March and I’m really sad that my current bottle is almost gone (I’m trying to use up all the perfumes I currently own before repurchasing my favorites and/or purchasing more).

Food/Beverage

A cold brew maker that has a black spout top. The filter is shown with a third of coffee. It's sitting on a fake marble counter.

Iced Coffee/Cold Brew Maker

I’m back in my iced coffee era. Truth be told, I prefer an iced coffee over a hot coffee. I would drink it year round, but most of winter I couldn’t be bothered to even think about it. Especially now that I live in a colder climate again. Anyway…I always find it a faff to make just one cup everyday, so I invested in a cold brew maker so I can have multiple cups at hand at a time. I can’t remember the brand of this one. Not to be dramatic, but this has been a lifesaver because one batch typically lasts me a week and a half.

A Califia Farms coffee creamer bottle. The bottle label is red and white. There is a picture of chocolate chip cookies. The bottle is shaped as an hourglass. The writing is black and red.

Califia Farms Chocolate Chip Cookie Creamer

You know how sometimes a flavored anything, in this case a coffee creamer, doesn’t always taste like the thing it’s flavored as? Well, I’m here to say that this creamer tastes exactly like a chocolate chip cookie! It’s not too sweet either. I tend to go a little overboard on the creamer and then my coffee ends up being too sweet. I don’t have that issue with this one.

Entertainment

A TV poster of the show The Americas. There are several animals on it in front of a blue sky.

The Americas

This show is the salve for my ever learning, nerdy heart. I love this show! It is a docuseries currently on NBC that follows all the animal life from the Americas (Canada, US, Central America, South America, etc.) and is narrated by Tom Hanks. That is the best part…I mean Tom Hanks, c’mon! I’ve learned so much from it already and there’s still so much more to come.

A podcast image. This is for the Outlander Official Podcast. There is an image of the two main characters of the show. One of them is reaching back with a knife pointed towards a hand with a British military uniform sleeve. The Scottish Highlands are behind them. The writing is gold and white on a burgundy background.

Outlander Show Podcast

This is my newest add to the Outlander obsession. One day, I was wondering if there was an after show podcast of Outlander, much like all those other shows that have done them. I searched on the Apple podcast app and sure enough I found it. I love this one because I’m a huge nerd when it comes to behind the scenes of my favorite shows and movies. I’m currently going through season 1’s episodes and so far I’m really enjoying it. Usually, the show runner, Ronald Moore, and guest (sometimes Ronald’s wife, who is also the costume designer, and sometimes the writer of the episode they’re watching).

Social Media

Cody & James

My newest find on TikTok is Cody & James. They are a couple who read. Yes, that simple 🙂 I love their dynamic and they are just so cute. Their videos are very aesthetically pleasing as well. Currently, I’m really enjoying their series where they are trying to finish all the books on their shelves (aren’t we all, haha).

Let me know what you were loving in March 🙂
