Last week, I finished reading a hilarious book called Grace’s Guide: The Art of Pretending to Be a Grown-up. It is written by Grace Helbig, a comedienne and Internet personality.
Like I said, this book is hilarious. She goes through and gives her advice on all aspects of life. There is a chapter on dating, decorating, etc. You name it, it is in the book. At the end of each chapter, she includes a list of every piece of advice she gave in an easy to remember phrase or word. Also, sprinkled around the book is advice from her mom which is very cute. There are pictures included as well. The pictures are fun to look at and include her and her family and friends.
I loved everything about this book, but of course I could be biased because I have been watching her on Youtube for a very long time. I don’t have one favorite part of this book, but if I have to choose it would be the phrases and words at the end of the chapters. They are so silly and so ridiculously hilarious that it is easy to remember them.
So, if you are looking for an advice book that provides a more fun and lighthearted take on life, pick this one up and let me know what you think.
