I absolutely love this time of year because now I can make one of my favorite fall meals, Apple and Cheddar Grilled Cheese. I got this recipe idea from my friend Kate, so I hope she doesn’t mind that I’m using it as a blog post.
What you’ll need:

-
Bread, your favorite kind (I used Texas Toast)
-
Apples, your favorite kind (I used Honeycrisp; I tend to find that the tarter ones work best.)
-
Cheese Slices or block of cheese, your favorite kind (I used Cheddar)
-
Butter
-
Pan
-
Spatula
-
Cutting board
-
Plate
-
Knife (butter and sharper one to slice apples)
-
Corer
How to make (It’s very easy.):
-
Turn stovetop on and heat pan. I usually turn it to 5 or 6 and then turn it down to 4.
-
Core and slice apple. Try to make slices thin so they fit on bread.
-
Butter both slices of bread.
-
Grab slices or slice block of cheese.
-
Assemble sandwich on heated pan.
-
Cook until golden brown on each side. Should take a few minutes for each side.
-
Serve with your favorite side dish and a glass of milk, or your choice of beverage.
That’s it! Easy peasey! I hope you enjoy this recipe. Let me know how your’s turned out in the comments below. Also, take a picture and tag me on Instagram.
