Hello Lovelies!
It’s that time again! Monthly favorites and there are a lot of them.
No7 Airbrush Away Skin Perfector in Medium: I’m not going to say much about this one because I did a whole review on it here.
Loving Tan 2-hr. Self-Tanner in Medium: This one is a repeat offender, so to speak. I love this self-tanning mousse. It gives me the most natural tan and the scent isn’t offensive. The only thing I don’t really like about it is the fact that I practically have to scrape my skin off to remove it. I also did a review on this product here.
Love, Beauty, & Planet Body Wash in Coconut & Ylang Ylang: This is a new one for me. I kept seeing ads on TV for this brand and those ads did their job. They made me want to try it out. Turns out I needed a new body wash, so I thought why not try this one. I’m glad I did. It smells amazing, it’s good for the environment (bottle is made of recyclable materials), and there are not a ton of ingredients in it.
La Roche-Posay Effclar Duo: I think this is the product that has single-handedly kept my skin clear, well clear enough. Okay, maybe not single-handedly because I also think cutting dairy milk out of my diet has helped too. I heard that this product has done wonders for acne-prone skin, so I wanted to try it out. It is now my holy grail skincare product. It is expensive, but I’m willing to pay the price.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer: This too is a repeat offender. I have been playing around with other bronzers this month, but I always come back to this one. It’s just soo good. It’s great for contouring and it’s great for bronzing.
Benefit Galifornia Blush: Again, a repeat offender (I just love using this term). I like to use this blush year round, but I especially love to use when the weather starts to get warmer. It adds a great pinky, peach flush to my cheeks, which is what I want in a blush.
Makeup Revolution Sophx Highlighter Palette: I’ve used all kinds of highlighters from different brands, but this palette beats them all. Now, I haven’t used them all yet but the ones I have used a awesome. The great thing about this palette is that you can mix & match or you can double up on the shades. My favorite shades are top middle two and the bottom left corner. If you like a blinding highlight or if you’re more of a natural highlight kind of person, this is the palette for you.
Real Techniques Blush Crush Blush Brush: I’m going to be honest here and say I bought this brush because it was purple and glittery. But now that I’ve used it, it’s a great brush (as most, if not all, Real Techniques brushes are). It fits perfectly on the cheek and sweeps the perfect amount of color.
Crown Stipple Brush: I think I received this brush in an ipsy bag once and then I didn’t really use it after that. Lately, I’ve been using it to apply bronzer. It fits perfectly into the hollows of my cheeks.
Benefit Badgal Bang Mascara: Not going to say much here other than that it’s not my favorite mascara I’ve ever used, but I do like it. If you want to know what I think, check out this post here.
Maybelline Total Temptation Mascara: Again, not going to say much other than this is one of my favorite mascaras. If you want to know more of what I think, check out this post here.
Real Techniques Highlighter Brush: This is an oldie, but a goodie for me. I just like that it fits perfectly on the top of my cheekbones. This brush came in a set, so unfortunately you can get it as a single.
EcoTools Brushes: I think these will forever be my favorite brushes to use. They are soo soft and get the job done.
Tony Moly Hydrate Sheet Mask: If you’ve been here awhile, then you know how much I love and rave about this brand and its sheet masks. This is my new favorite one. It smells amazing, as always, and really does hydrate my skin.
Glamglow Glowsetter Setting Spray: I’ve heard so many great things about this setting spray, I just had to try it out (I bought the mini). I can firmly say that I agree with all the things people are saying about it. It smells like candy, not in an offensive way, and it really does set your makeup. I will apply my makeup in the morning, set it, and it won’t budge for the whole day. It also has the finest mist I’ve ever used.
Lancome L’Absolu Lacquer in Rose Fugace: This is my newest Lancome lippie obsession. It has the same oil concept as the Juicy Shakers (also my favorite) and Matte Shakers. This lacquer is so moisturizing and does not budge. I mean it really doesn’t. I will drink some water or something and maybe the tiniest amount will transfer. What I like about it is that it’s like having three lip products in one. I typically wear it as a stain, but you can layer it up to a full blown lipstick.
My Computer: I so needed a new computer. My old computer was soo slow and was starting to fail. So, when my brother informed me of a sale on Macs I instantly had to jump on it. Now that I have my Mac, I don’t think I will ever go back to a Windows computer.
The Kissing Booth: Since this movie came on to Netflix, I have watched it at least 7x. In fact, I watched it this past weekend. I’m obsessed. It is one of those teen movies that I love oh so much.
Silk/Satin Pillowcases: I bought these because my hair was not it’s healthiest. I found that my hair was extra frizzy and it was breaking too easily. I had read that sleeping on a silk pillowcase helps, so I did my research and bought some. The ones I got are from Amazon, but you can find them other places too.
Scunci Hair Ties: These are like the invisibobbles, but cheaper. They are also a lot stretchier. I like these because my hair doesn’t get stuck in them like the invisibobbles. I don’t know what more I can say about a hair tie.
Blue Diamond Almond Milk, Vanilla flavor: I am lactose intolerant and was drinking lactose free milk. I was only drinking it because I was majorly hesitant to try almond milk. Boy! Am I glad I did and liked it. It not only has helped with my stomach health, but it has also helped out my skin.
Almond Milk Coffee Creamer: I switched to this for the same reason as the almond milk.

Universal Thread Kerrigan Slides: Since I got these, I have not stopped wearing them. They are so comfortable, even for flat shoes (my feet HATE flat shoes). These slides have a bit of a cushion, so that helps. They also go with just about everything in my wardrobe, which is always a good thing.
13 Reasons Why Season 2: I mean! Do I have to say anything about this show? I didn’t think this show could get any better, but it did and I can’t wait for season 3. I can’t say much more without giving spoilers, so I’ll end this here.
Dylan Hartigan: He is not only super talented, but also super HOT! Yes, you read that right. He’s gorgeous and I may, or may not, have a teeny, tiny (not so tiny) crush on this man. I first heard of and saw Dylan on The Voice and instantly was drawn in. His voice is so smooth & bluesy. He’s kind of John Mayer-esque, but soo much better. He just released two songs, and working on more, that I’m obsessed with. The first, and my favorite, Same Ole Jane Doe is the perfect song to just sit & relax to. The second song is Mary Made Me. This too is a chill song to listen to. I highly recommend you go listen to these songs and look out for more to come. I know I can’t wait to see what’s next for him.
Ross Butler: Speaking of 13 Reasons Why, I have a new appreciation for this man and his character Zach Dempsey. Again, I don’t want to give away any spoilers so I won’t talk about his character. However, I will talk about Ross. I have followed him on social media ever since season 1 and have decided that he is one of the coolest, kindest people on Earth. And yes, I may have a teeny, tiny (HUGE) crush on him too.
A New Day Blazer: I didn’t think I was going to get into the whole blazer fad, but I’ve gone and done it. I absolutely love this blaze. It goes with just about everything and instantly makes any of my outfits look more put together.
Instagram: I’m pretty much obsessed with this app at the moment. I have posted more on this app in the past month than I ever have since I downloaded it. It’s how I inform all of you when a new post is up; well that and Twitter. I also have been trying to post more pictures of myself. I’m hoping I’m doing a good job of that.
Allana Davison’s Everyday May: I look forward to this series every year. If I get to watch one of my favorite humans every day, then I’m a happy girl. My favorite parts of this series are her vlogs. I love getting to see what she’s up to in her day. Go check them out on YouTube.
RawBeautyKristi: I recently caught up on Kristi’s videos and forgot how much I love them and her. She is one of the funniest people I watch on YouTube. Watching the videos I did, I could not stop laughing and all she was doing was talking about makeup. I will warn you though that she is a swearer, but I think that’s what makes her badass. She doesn’t hold back. Go check her out on YouTube.
SheThority Tee: I CAN’T STOP WEARING THIS SHIRT! If I could, I would wear it everyday. I love the message behind the shirt. I love that it involves all my favorite people from the DC universe on The CW. I love that it’s basically just a plain white tee with this message. It’s just great! If you want to know more about SheThority, go check out their Instagram page. If you want to buy one of these tees, unfortunately you’ll have to wait. I believe it’s a represent.com charity shirt thing they do every year.
Yes! I had a lot of favorites this month, but I swear I’m done.
What were you loving this month?
