Now, I am someone who for the majority of the time is bare-faced save for skincare. That being said, I do love a good beauty product and I have several favorites this year. I am also including skincare, perfume, and other bits and bobs to this list.
FYI: The majority of these products weren’t new this year.
Without further ado, here are my 2024 beauty favorites!

Skincare is my favorite part of a beauty routine. As someone who has had her fair share of skin issues, I rely on this very vital step in my routine. Skincare is a ritual to me.
Paula’s Choice CLEAR skincare line*: I discovered this line maybe a year to two years ago now and I haven’t looked back since. If you suffer from acne like myself, I highly suggest picking looking into this skincare system.
CosRX Peptide Collagen Booster Toner (Sent in exchange for review, but not required to talk about here): This product surprised me. I didn’t think it was going to do anything, but I really do think it did. It’s meant to be put on before any other skincare and helps with the absorption of your other skincare products. Meaning it enhances the efficacy of the products you put on top.
e.l.f. Peptide Eye Cream*: I started using this in the spring and summer months because I like a lighter-weight product for my under-eye area during that period. However, I am still using it now in the colder months and have purchased it at least three times already.
e.l.f. Gel Yeah Moisturizer*: Much like the eye cream, I started using this in the spring and summer months for the same reasons. And again, I’m still using it in the colder months.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask: This is my all-time favorite lip balm to use at night. I discovered it years ago and haven’t looked back.
Beauty Pie Mineral SPF 30*: So lightweight and the perfect primer for your makeup.

I do have fun with makeup, but like I said above I don’t wear makeup a majority of the time. That being said, I still have quite a few makeup products I love.
e.l.f. Power Grip Primer*: I like to apply this to my T-zone because this is where I get the oiliest (I have combo skin). It keeps my makeup in place for the majority of the day.
Beauty Pie Everyday Great Skin Concealer*: This is a rather new product to my beauty lineup, but I have loved using it as a foundation when I don’t want to have a heavy makeup day.
Fenty Beauty Bright Fix Concealer*: This is great if you have darker under eyes.
Fenty Beauty Eaze Drops*: For the days I want a heavier (it is actually very lightweight) makeup look or a more full coverage look.
Fenty Beauty Cream Bronzer in Amber*: This is perfect for the pale girlies. It’s a grey-toned bronzer that doesn’t look like too much on the skin.
e.l.f. Prime & Stay Setting Powder*: Very lightweight.
Kosas Cloud Set Powder*: If you want a lightweight setting powder but also want a bit more coverage, this is your product.
Pearl Beauty Highlighter: This is the most beautiful, lit from within, type of highlighter.
Pearl Beauty Multipurpose Stick: This is a gorgeous blush and doubles as a lip product.
Rel Beauty Blush: These are new this year and are just gorgeous! They add such a beautiful glow and last quite a while.
Rare Beauty Eye Primer: I have oily eyelids, so I need an eye primer. This one is great and keeps your eyeshadow from creasing.
Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eyes Palette (similar): I actually have the original iteration of this palette (it was supposed to be limited edition, but then Mario updated it and brought it out again the next year) and I love it. Duh! It wouldn’t be on this list otherwise, lol. The shimmers are gorgeous and the mattes are perfect for everyday eye looks.
Merit Solo Shadow*: I have a few of these in my collection and they are perfect for one-and-done eyeshadow looks. They also stay put which is perfect for this gal with oily eyelids.
Benefit Precisely, My Brow Pencil*: This has been in my collection for quite a while (probably should toss it, oops!) and this year I picked it up again. It’s so quick and easy to fill in your brows with.
NYX Lift & Snatch Brow Pen: Brow pens became a real trend this past year and I fell into the hype of them. This one adds such tiny hair-like strokes and gives you the “perfect” brow every time.
e.l.f. Lash ‘n Roll Mascara in Brown*: I love having brown mascara in my makeup arsenal. Brown mascaras are perfect for everyday looks. They aren’t too harsh. This one is the perfect brown shade and a true brown shade.
Lancome Lash Idole Mascara Waterproof*: I must have a waterproof mascara in my collection at all times. I have stick-straight lashes and I need that curl to hold. This one does just that.
Rel Lip Balm: This is the product that started my love affair with Rel Beauty. They are moisturizing and come in tinted shades. I like to have an untinted lip balm in my everyday makeup bag so I can moisturize my lips before applying any other lip products.
Summer Fridays Lip Balm: This is one of the newest products in my collection (literally bought it in November) and I can see why these are so hyped up. So moisturizing and the scents!
e.l.f. Glow Reviver Lip Oil*: This stuff is amazing! Adds a slight tint and isn’t too gloopy.

I’m not too fussed about my hair. I’m also just not really good with doing hair; I do the same hair looks all the time. However, I do have some favorite tools and products.
Unbrush Detangling Brush: This was a recent discovery of mine. It’s perfect for my knotty/tangly hair and it’s lightweight.
Pantene 10-in-1 Leave-in Spray: This has been my leave-in conditioner of choice this past year. Smells nice and does what it says on the tin.
Dyson Air-Wrap* (similar): Whether I want a voluminous blow-out or a straighter hair look, this is the go-to tool for me. It is so worth the $500 price tag.
Chi Hair Straightener (similar): I use this when I want a crimpy, beachy wave.
COLAB Dry Shampoo*: I have gone through soo many of these. It even comes in a jumbo size.

Beauty Pie LED Mask*: This has been a lifesaver this year. I really wanted to get into using LED and this mask was the tool for the job. It’s inexpensive compared to others on the market and has helped immensely with my acne. Bonus points for helping with anti-aging concerns!
Sephora Collection Gua Sha Stone (similar): I have really made the effort to gua sha every day and I have been quite successful at a routine. It’s great for puffy face days.
Foreo Luna Cleansing Brush*: This thing is great! I received several years ago after winning a contest they ran on Instagram and I haven’t used anything since. It’s hypoallergenic and wipe clean. Also, the charge lasts forever on it.

Saltair Body Wash: I discovered this brand this year and have loved almost every product I’ve tried from them. Luckily, the body wash is one of them. I personally love the Santal Bloom scent. It smells like a warm beach. It’s also moisturizing and lightweight.
Nivea Oil Infused Lotion*: I have purchased countless bottles of this lotion. I love the vanilla-scented one and it leaves my skin feeling so soft and glowy.
First Aid Beauty KP Scrub: As someone who has KP, it’s hard to find products to deal with it. Well, this is one of the best products on the market. I have been using it for years and it really keeps the bumps on the back of my arms at bay.

I love smelling good and I have built up quite the perfume collection. Here are some of my favorites from this year.
Glossier You*: This is the perfect everyday scent. It reacts with your pH, so it’s almost customizable to everyone who wears it.
Aerin Amber Musk: I discovered this one a couple of years ago and blindly purchased it. Didn’t know if I was going to like the scent. Luckily I did! It’s a beautiful vanilla and musky fragrance which is perfect for the winter months. It is on the higher end of the scale price-wise. Unfortunately, I am almost out of mine and don’t think I will be repurchasing anytime soon because of that.
Versace Dylan Purple: I fell in love with this scent when I bought one of those perfume sample sets from Sephora (the ones where you get a voucher to go pick out a full-size). It’s light and feminine perfect for the spring/summer time.
Floral Street Wonderland Peony: This one is pretty powdery, but the dry down is not as strong.
Those are all my favorites from this year. You can probably see that I’m loyal to a few brands.
